Other feline members

Our feline members

Besides Maine Coon, our home is also a haven for other breeds of cats. We are such a big family but luckily, our cats get along well. We believe that we’ve somehow modified their personalities and behaviours. Why did I say that? It’s generally believed that cats are solitude animals. They are not the ‘social’ type like dogs. One typical example is the ‘Big Cats’, i.e. lions, which more often than not lead a lonely life for their whole life once they’re old enough to leave their mothers. However, in our family, they have learnt to accept new members. From time to time, there will be new members coming home. Interestingly, the oldest ones are the readiest to accept new feline members and know how to socialize with the new comers best.
